Electric Gate Repairs :

We offer a second to none fault repair service for electric driveway gates.

Access Control Repairs :

Intercom and electric lock/release repairs.

Metal Work Repairs :

We offer weld repairs on site or we can remove gates for the more in depth repairs.

Wooden Gate Repairs :

Carpentry repairs can be done on site or in our factory depending on the severity of the repair required.

Shutter repairs :

We can repair all types of shutters.

Window & Door Grill Repairs :

Lock repairs and damage repair or replacement service.

Fault find repairs (Within our normal working hours.)

Standard fault find: £140

This allows up to 1 hour for our engineers to either repair the issue or find which parts need replacing to fix the issue.

Each hour after the first will be charged at £90 per hour and will be agreed with the customer before this time is entered although most faults are found within the first hour.

Any parts needed will be charged separately and agreed with the customer before fitting takes place.

Emergency Fault find repairs (Out of hours call out.)

Emergency fault find: £190

This allows up to 1 hour for our engineers to either repair the issue or find which parts need replacing to fix the issue.

Each hour after the first will be charged at £120 per hour and will be agreed with the customer before this time is entered although most faults are found within the first hour.

Any parts needed will be charged separately and agreed with the customer before fitting takes place.

Servicing

Standard system service: £90

This will consist of a full check of the system to ensure everything is in the correct working condition to conform with EU standards and will take around 20 to 30 minutes to complete.

The engineer will ask the customer to operate the system to check that the system is in working order before any work is undertaken.

If there are any obvious faults with the system not working before the service commences then it will be charged as a fault find rather than a service.

All moving parts will be cleaned oiled and checked for wear and tear.

A written report on any issues found will be given to the customer along with recommendations of any parts and repair that may be required.

Any work carried out onsite as a result of issues found during the service will be charged separately.
